It's standing room only at the Murrysville Municipal Building tonight for a public hearing on the municipal oil and gas drilling proposal.
More than 150 residents filled council chambers, the lobby and the entrance to the building, spilling out onto the sidewalk.
Council President Joan Kearns told residents there will be additional opportunities to weigh in on the proposal. She suggested the proposal may not appear before council for approval until May.
"That's not even a promise," Kearns said.
